This variant of the japanese Bali bed is single coloured, without tatami and with a slatted base. The massive square bed frame is very minimalist in the design. The side panels are larger than the head and foot panels. This makes it easier to place the bed even in smaller bedrooms because is is not so long.
The foot of the bed can be seen as one single piece with inserts that are the same colour as the rest of the frame in this version. The Bali unicoloured bed belongs to the category of Arpel japanese beds.

Zen model tilted wooden headboard: It consists in a wooden panel that is inserted through inclined millings in the side panels of the bed.The space taken up by the headboard in the bed is 5 cm. To mantain the selected internal measures we will therefore make the bed 5 cm longer at no extra cost. This means that a bed with a headboard selected for a mattress of 200 cm will have and internal length of 205 cm and an external length of 229 cm.
Zen model tilted wooden headboard with metal parts: The same as the tilted wooden headboard but it is screwed onto top the head panel so as to not take up space inside the bed.
Bali model straight headboard: more ornamental than ergonomic, this headboard consists in straight panel inserted through millings present in the feet of the bed which must be threfore modified and will be slightly different from the feet at the end of the bed.
About the finishings of the bed, see the wood colours
Bedframe, feet, headboard: in solid, laminated beechwood
Standard slats: straight 1.8 cm thick firwood slats are included in the price
Other slats: it is possible to select straight solid beechwood slats or curved ergonomic multilayer slats with lumbar stiffness regulators from the accessories
