Arpel offers you a series of additional services to make your buying experience as easy and pleasant as possible.

Designing of our fitted wardrobes, walk in closets, sliding doors, bookshelves, living rooms and bedrooms

Based on the indications and measurements that you give us, we will send you 3D projects of the pieces of furniture you request so you can get a real idea of the final result. You may send us your request to info @ arpel.eu, if possible please include a floor plan of your house.

On site inspection

Following the preliminar planning fase and order confirmation, we also offer an optional service of on site inspection in your house to gather the measurements needed to construct the pieces of furniture.

Packaging and delivery

We deliver in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, England and Denmark with national and international couriers. Our delivery is guaranteed against incidents and all our products are packaged with extreme care in cardboard boxes with adaquate padding and protections. You may find more information about this on our delivery policy page.

Arpel team product assembly

Included in the packages you will find accurate assembly instructions. If you prefer to have experts assemble your furniture, you may also request for our team to take care of this. The conditions for this will vary according to the location and agreement with the client.

Specialised third party product assembly

You may also take advantage of our third party assembly service to assemble your furniture. This service is available only in some specific zones. Contact us to find out if your location is covered.

Sampling service

We believe that this service is essential before the delivery of any order so we always send free samples of our materials to each client that orders an Arpel product. This way you have the possibility to personally verify the colour and feel of the components that will make up your piece of furniture.

Visits in our production site

If you would like to visit our production site, contact us using our contact form or the phone number 051.6750290 to fix an appointment where you will have the opportunity to see how our products are made and speak directly with a qualified expert to design your own personal and unique furniture.

Our site is open for visits also on the weekend.
